1. Definition of Personal Data and Data Controller
Personal Data refers to any information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual. Aggregated or anonymized data, which cannot be used to identify individuals, is not considered Personal Data.
All references to “Personal Data” in this Privacy Notice are consistent with the definition provided in the Data Protection Act 2018.
A Data Controller is an entity or individual responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing Personal Data. This includes entities that direct others to collect, manage, process, or share such data on their behalf.
2. Categories of Personal Data Collected
The categories of Personal Data we collect—whether directly from you or through third parties—depend on how you interact with us and may include the following:
Financial information, such as wallet addresses;
Details of transactions, including the wallet addresses of Digital Asset senders and recipients, activities on the MemeX Platform, your inquiries, and our responses;
Usage Data, such as IP address, country of origin, browser and operating system details, usage patterns on the MemeX Platform, and other relevant identifiers;
Other personal, commercial, or identification data necessary to comply with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
We may also collect Personal Data from external sources, including third parties and publicly available records. This information is gathered either when you voluntarily provide it on the MemeX Platform or through your interactions with the platform.
Certain data may also be obtained from third-party sources or public records as outlined. Providing the requested Personal Data is mandatory unless explicitly marked as optional. Failure to provide required data may limit your access to or use of the MemeX Platform.
For questions regarding the necessity of specific data, please contact us for clarification.

Sharing may also occur within our corporate group and affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Notice. In some cases, third-party contractors or vendors may access Personal Data to provide services such as technical support or platform management. These entities are authorized to use Personal Data strictly in line with our instructions and this Privacy Notice, and are prohibited from disclosing or using it for other purposes.

7. Privacy Technology Practices
7.1. Third-Party Links and Content
The MemeX Platform may contain links to third-party websites, mobile applications, or online services. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply endorsement or affiliation with the respective third parties. Additionally, MemeX content may appear on platforms that we do not own or control.
MemeX is not responsible for the data practices or actions of third-party platforms. Each operates under its own policies regarding Personal Data. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites, applications, or services you choose to engage with.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. Any data shared with the MemeX Platform is transmitted at your own risk.
7.3. Blockchain Data and Transactions
Transactions involving digital assets are often recorded on public blockchains, which are decentralized ledgers designed to immutably log transactions across global networks.
Due to the nature of blockchain technology, public ledgers may undergo forensic analysis, and combining blockchain records with other data might reveal identifiable personal information.
As blockchains operate independently and beyond the control of MemeX, we are unable to modify, delete, or alter Personal Data that exists on these networks.
